Project Estimation
Within the given budget, we search for the optimal market offers for factory-produced items. For each item that needs to be custom-made, we find a manufacturer, calculate the cost, and choose the best option within the available budget.
We also look for the necessary contractors for project implementation (door installers, ventilation specialists, decorators, etc.), calculate the cost of their services, and select the best offer that aligns with the stated budget.
We compile a comprehensive table of the received calculations, factoring in delivery and unloading costs, as well as other unforeseen expenses. Thanks to the estimation, the actual cost of implementing the design project can be evaluated.
The most important aspect is that we have a well-established system of discounts, ranging from 10% to 30%, which we fully pass on to our clients.

Selection of materials, plumbing, furniture, engineering structures, and other items
For the selection of materials such as built-in furniture, parquet, textiles, wall paints, certain types of ceramic tiles, etc., we prepare the necessary samples and colour swatches.
For choosing soft furniture, ceramic tiles, carpets, and some types of lighting, it is best to use showroom display samples. We locate stores that have the required items in stock and plan an efficient route for visits.
If certain items in the estimate are not suitable for the client, unavailable, discontinued, or become irrelevant during the construction process, we find suitable replacements.
We also identify and coordinate with the client any contractors needed for additional work, such as ventilation, glazing, decoration, etc.

- All items approved by the client are purchased according to the procurement schedule. For each item, we prepare an invoice and send it to the client for payment. We maintain full records of all financial documents, ensuring timely payment for all necessary goods and services.
- We replace discontinued items without compromising the design.
- We participate in site inspections, coordinating and verifying the details and completeness of items.
- We promptly identify defective items and manage claims.
- The client receives a monthly report with an expense tracking table.
Coordination of contractor work
We arrange appointments with contractors who need precise measurements of the space, such as door installers, furniture manufacturers, and others.
As we have the best understanding of your project and oversee the entire construction process, we promptly resolve any issues that arise during the work and provide detailed consultations to all involved contractors.
We monitor the execution of orders to ensure everything is completed on time and is ready for delivery. For custom-made items, we ensure that orders are promptly sent to production and that work proceeds according to the established schedule.
