PROJECT DESIGN PHASES
1
Signing a contract
We discuss the details of the work and the project.

We then sign a contract.

The client makes an advance payment of 30%.
2
Technical task
Site visit, inspection, measurements, and photographing of the premises.

We complete the terms of reference for the project, where the designer records all the client’s preferences regarding colour, functionality, furnishings, and finishing materials.

We select interior analogues that the client likes.
3
Planning and
3D visualisation
We create 2-3 planning options and agree on the best one with the client.

The client makes the next payment of 30%.

We create photorealistic images of the interior, discuss them, and make edits if necessary.
4
Documentation
The client pays the third part of the payment — 30%, and the studio prepares all drawings and bills of materials.

We present the completed design project along with a full package of documents for project implementation.

Once the client has approved the entire project, the remaining 10% of the payment is made.
